How Concordia (JLT) approvals work
Concordia is the community management company for Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT). Fit out and modification works in JLT towers and units need approval at community and building level before work starts.
Depending on the tower, the use and the scope, the works may also need authority approvals such as Civil Defence. We confirm the full route for your tower and unit at the start.
