1. Final Building Permit
This permit is valid for four years and requires an application, appointment letter duly signed by the owner, consultant, and/or contractor, and a fee of AED 1.00 per square foot with a minimum of AED 200.
2. Mobilization Permit
A Preliminary Design Approval is required before applying for this permit. It is valid for six months and requires an application, appointment letter, and a fee of AED 5,000 or AED 1,000 per Villa.
3.Excavation Permit
Another permit that requires a Preliminary Design Approval before applying, the Excavation Permit is valid for six months and requires several documents, including Geotechnical design calculations, Excavation Design Drawings, and No Objection Certificates from relevant authorities. The fee for this permit is AED 5,000 or AED 1,000 per Villa.
4. Shoring Permit
Before applying for this permit, you must obtain a Preliminary Design Approval. It is valid for four years and requires several documents, including Geotechnical Design Calculations, Shoring Design Drawings, and No Objection Certificates from relevant authorities. The fee for this permit is AED 0.05 on Total Built-Up-Area per square foot.
5. Piling Permit
Another permit that requires a Preliminary Design Approval, the Piling Permit is valid for four years and requires Geotechnical Design Calculations, Piling Design Drawings, and a Peer Review of the Geotechnical Third-Party Report for building. The fee for this permit is AED 0.1 on Total Built-Up-Area per square foot.
6. Sub-structure Permit
This permit requires a Sub-Structure Design Approval before applying. The fee for this permit is AED 0.2 per square foot on Total Built-Up-Area plus AED 20,000.
It is important to note that an additional fee of AED 10 for Knowledge Dirham and AED 10 for Innovation Dirham is applicable per transaction for all permits. The service process may take up to 5 working days for some permits, while others require only 2 working days.
